We had a presentation day at co-op recently. Students in the kindergarten class did a skit, and the students in the older class did individual presentations based on what we had been learning. Most of the Pent kids presented something as well. Notice what a professional teacher Judah is.

The kindergarten class acted out the Christmas story while listening to a narration by Boni.

Catie and Judah went with our friends, who teach us Korean, to Seoul one night. They had a great time riding the subway into the city, eating at a small Korean sit down (as in sit way down on the floor) restaurant, shopping, and seeing a big Asian city at night.
We were invited to go to the brand new National Museum in Seoul recently. After a tour of the museum, we attended a traditional Korean show called The Han. It was like nothing we have ever seen before. The musuem also had a large garden area with beautiful landscapes and streams which we really enjoyed.
Everyone knows Gabe likes the outdoors; most don't know he likes to meditate in the midst of some of the finer nature scenes.
The good thing about not knowing the language is that you don't understand when they say no photography. So Judah and Gabe, with a very clean conscience, got a few pictures. Later, an attendant caught them; they did understand his desperate hand motions. These pictures are from The Han at the National Museum. Notice how much Gabe was enjoying the show.

Global Mission Church opened a new office for home schooling. The senior pastor, the pastor of home schooling, and our family were present for the ribbon-cutting ceremony.
Pictures of South Korea this time of year. The weather has been cold, but pleasant. The leaves have been changing, and there has even been a little snow. Most of these pictures are from around our apartment. The apartments you see belong to the complex we are in.

We celebrated Thanksgiving with the Sumrall family. At first, we didn't know what food we were going to make because many typical Thanksgiving ingredients are not to be found in Korea. But, we were able to find a turkey at Costco and enough supplies to have quite the Thanksgiving meal. The weather was beautiful, so after the meal, we took a hike on the mountain behind our apartment.

Here are a few pictures of Family Sunday School at Global Mission Church.

The middle school and high school students in the co-op presented a number of fulfilled prophecies. The class had been learning about apologetics.

After learning about Paul's three missionary journeys, the class performed several skits, acting out some of the events in Paul's journeys.

We love to use our free time in the mountains near our house. The thick layer of fall leaves made a great slide down the side of the mountain.

Sometimes it's hard to keep your pants clean.

To prepare for Evangeline's December 1st birthday, some kids came over after Bible study to help bake cakes and cookies.
